Eligibility
The shortlisting process for scholarships provided by donors to LSE involves selecting candidates from the long list of offer holders who demonstrate significant financial need that exceeds the support offered by the Graduate Support Scheme (GSS). These candidates must also indicate their interest in being considered for other scholarships by providing additional information in the personal statement of the LSE Graduate Financial Support Application.
Priority is given to individuals from low and middle income countries, especially in cases where loans are not accessible or if those countries are underrepresented in other award schemes administered by the School.
How to apply
To be eligible for LSE funding for programs starting in September 2024, you need to:
Complete and submit your application for the program by following the instructions provided in the “how to apply for graduate study at LSE” guide.
Fill out and submit the Graduate Financial Support Application Form through the Graduate application tracker.
Receive an offer of a place, whether it’s conditional or unconditional, by 5pm (UK time GMT+1) on April 25, 2024.
To ensure consideration for any other LSE Scholarships that align with your eligibility, please fill out Section G: Personal Statement of the Graduate Financial Support Application Form. However, if you only intend to be considered for the Graduate Support Scheme, it is not necessary to complete the personal statement.
