  • Click the button to access the application form which is an essential step for completing your KTH Scholarship application.
  •  No requirement for supplementary documents, as the institute can retrieve and review your application materials from universityadmissions.se during the evaluation phase.

  • To qualify for the scholarship, you need to be a tuition paying candidate. 
  • Ensure that you have chosen a master’s program at KTH as your top preference and completed the necessary step of paying the application fee.
  • The scholarship selection primarily hinges on academic excellence, aligning with a parallel process to admissions.
  • Eligibility for a scholarship is reserved for applicants meeting the admission prerequisites of their chosen program.

Following the assessment for admission, candidates are further evaluated for the scholarship, considering the following criteria:

  •  Academic performance, as reflected in the applicant’s grades (GPA or equivalent).
  • University ranking where the applicant earned their bachelor’s degree.
  • Extracurricular involvement, encompassing research experiences, publications, work experience, teaching background, awards, and other relevant activities.
  • The applicant’s motivation, outlining how they envision contributing to the sustainable development goals with a master’s degree from KTH.
