How to apply
Departments or units must put forward a recommendation for their students to the Faculty of Graduate Studies in order for them to be considered for a UMGF.
You should approach your department or unit to understand the application procedure and deadline for the UMGF. After the department or unit makes their selection, they will recommend chosen students to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The FGS then sends an official award notification letter to the recipients via email.
