Eligibility
The University of Padua offers scholarships to exceptionally talented prospective international students from anywhere in the world who wish to enroll in an English-taught bachelor’s or master’s program.
How to apply
To be considered for selection, you must meet these requirements or you will be excluded:
- Do not have Italian citizenship (except dual citizenship including Italian)
- Hold a non-Italian foreign high school diploma (for bachelor’s/single-cycle) or non-Italian bachelor’s (for master’s) that allows entry to the Italian university system
- Do not reside in Italy
- Apply to one or more of the English-taught degree programs at the University of Padua (you can apply to up to 3)
If you meet these criteria, you will automatically be considered for selection. No separate application or additional documents beyond those required for the degree program are needed.
Duration
The Padua International Excellence Scholarship has a maximum duration of:
- 2 consecutive years for master’s degree candidates
- 3 consecutive years for bachelor’s and single-cycle degree candidates
After the durations above, scholarship recipients will need to cover their own costs and tuition fees until graduation.
Additional Information
The University of Padua is offering 59 scholarships to exceptionally talented prospective students who want to pursue an English-taught bachelor’s or master’s degree in Padua. This scholarship program is highly competitive. Only candidates with the strongest academic records and achievements will receive a scholarship. Successful scholars will be expected to serve as university ambassadors and represent the institution at various events.
