Scholarship Benefits

Starting in 2018, a maximum of 15 students will be admitted annually into the Doctor of Medicine & Master of Public Health program. Each year, up to 15 scholarships worth $10,000 each will be awarded. Recipients can use the scholarship as they choose, such as for living costs during the MPH year or to help pay course fees.

Eligibility

This scholarship is open to Domestic and international students enrolled in the Master of Public Health within the Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health (MD/MPH) combined degree program.

How to apply

Eligible for automatic consideration. Enrollment in the Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health (MD/MPH) combined degree program qualifies students automatically.

Selection Criteria

Selection is at the discretion of the Head of Melbourne Medical School and the Head of the School of Population and Global Health.

Additional Information

Scholarship offer confirmation will occur with course application acceptance. Payments will begin after the course offer is accepted and enrollment is completed.
