Scholarship Benefits

The International Scientia Coursework Scholarship covers either the full tuition fee or provides an annual stipend of $20,000 paid directly towards the tuition fees for the minimum duration of the program. There are other scholarships which varies from partial to full tuition fee waiver. Check the official page for more details.

Eligibility

Applications for Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3 are open for the following periods of the year.
• Term 1: 1 September – 30 November.
• Term 2: 1 January – 31 March.
• Term 3: 1 May – 31 July.

To qualify for the International Scientia Coursework Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Must be classified as an international student.

Must have obtained an offer of admission into an approved program for Term 2 2024 by the deadline of 31 March 2024.

The offer of admission must be one of the following types:

An Unconditional Letter of Offer for an undergraduate or postgraduate program.

A Conditional English Package Offer (UEEC) for an undergraduate or postgraduate program — applicants must be registered with the UNSW Institute of Languages and must successfully complete the program before the start of Term 2 2024.

This scholarship is open to all citizens.

How to apply

To be considered for the International Scientia Coursework Scholarship, applicants must submit their application online by the deadline of 31 March 2024. In contrast, the Australia’s Global University Award does not necessitate a separate application. Eligible students will automatically receive this award based on the academic achievements detailed in their admission application to UNSW.
