Lincoln University Global Undergraduate Awards

Lincoln University offers up to 10 merit-based awards, each worth NZ$3,000, designated for international undergraduate students. These scholarships are credited directly to the awardees’ Lincoln University tuition fee accounts following their enrollment confirmation in any of the university’s undergraduate courses.

Undergraduate Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship at Lincoln University

A number of scholarships, each valued at NZ$5,000, are being offered. These funds will be credited to the scholarship recipients’ tuition fee accounts at Lincoln University once their enrollment is officially confirmed. 

International School Leavers Scholarship at Lincoln University

Lincoln University is offering up to 10 scholarships for international school leavers, each with a value of NZ$10,000. These scholarships will be applied as a credit to the awardees’ accounts for tuition fees at Lincoln University, contingent upon their confirmed enrollment in one of the university’s undergraduate bachelor’s degree programs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for scholarships at Lincoln University, candidates must satisfy the following criteria for each respective scholarship:

Required language proficiency in English.

Open to applicants from all countries worldwide.

Lincoln University International School Leavers Scholarship:

  • Must be a new-to-programme international student enrolling or intending to enroll in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree at Lincoln University.
  • Should be a recent school leaver from either a New Zealand high school or an overseas equivalent.
  • Cannot be a recipient of any other scholarship.
  • Must fulfill all necessary immigration requirements for studying in New Zealand.
  • Must meet all academic and English language entry requirements.

Lincoln University International Undergraduate Scholarship:

  • Must be a new-to-programme international student registering or planning to register for an undergraduate programme in the 2021 academic year at Lincoln University.
  • Cannot be in receipt of any other scholarship.
  • Must fulfill all necessary immigration requirements to study in New Zealand.
  • Must meet all academic and English language entry requirements for admission.

Lincoln University Undergraduate Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship:

  • Must be an international student who has not previously been enrolled in any academic programme at Lincoln University.
  • Must meet the academic and English language admission criteria for their chosen programme at Lincoln University.
  • Must fulfill all necessary immigration requirements for studying in New Zealand.
  • Cannot hold any other scholarship concurrently.

Additional Information

The Lincoln University Scholarships for the academic years 2024-2025 are fully funded opportunities open to international students. These scholarships are offered for both undergraduate and master’s level studies. Each year, up to 50 scholarships will be distributed, with each award valued at up to $10,000, applicable to both postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
