All EU students are automatically given the waiver & do not need to use it. Duration and value of the scholarship:

Each year, Roskilde University awards many scholarships for international students. Those scholarships cover expenses for living in Denmark are covered by a scholarship of DKK 7,800 per month & a waiver of tuition fees. You may apply for scholarships or a tuition fee waiver for programs beginning in September for 22 months.
